BEDROOMS:

There are 4 bedrooms in the property. 3 bedrooms have a king size bed with a king-size mattress, the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed as sleeping arrangements. All the bedrooms have an AC, one bedroom has a 40-inch smart android TV and one bedrooms has a projector to catch up with all your favourite shows and movies!. Please bring your own logins for apps. The bedrooms have cement cupboards, please use them for storing your clothes and items.

BATHROOMS:

There are 3 bathrooms in the property for the guests to use. Two of them come equipped with a geyser and a shower. All the bathrooms have western seats.
The bathrooms offer a spacious and vibrant atmosphere to freshen up. The third bathroom is in the lobby area of the property, the bathroom is private, however, the lobby area and the RO water machine attached to it is also used by our staff.

HALL:

Our hall is tastefully decorated with Greek decor and also serves as a dining space.

KITCHEN:

The kitchen, attached to the hall, comes well-equipped with a gas stove and all the amenities you would need for a quick meal. There is a pantry next to the hall, equipped with a microwave and an electric kettle, a gas stove, a basic sauce pan, fry pan, pressure cooker and kadhai and basic cutlery.

GARDEN:

The highlight of our property is our beautifully decorated garden and outside seating area, perfect to get some fresh air!. The garden area connects to our aesthetic outdoor covered pool area. The pool is an above ground pool with a PVC steel frame, is circular and approximately 10 feet in diameter.

NOTES:

We have caretakers that stay in the property premises in quarters right next to the pool area. The exterior area is used by our staff to assist and attend to the guests. The inaccessible areas are marked.

Guest access

This is a ground floor only house. The guests have access to all area in the property except the staff quarters and staff kitchen.

Other things to note

The property is located near Nishatganj gurudwara, minutes from a market and on the main road.
We welcome everyone! We believe in inclusivity and are happy to cater to everyone - including unmarried couples!
We provide 2 floor mattresses for the 9th and 10th guests as a sleeping arrangement.
We do not allow parties or any noisy gatherings.
We have an on premise caretaker that will help you during your stay.

Parking:

We have on-premise parking for upto 1 car and free street parking. Before you arrive, please call our caretaker so he can help you park. Our caretaker might ask the guests to move their vehicle in order to make space for other residents, cooperation is expected.

Pool rules:

It takes approximately 4-5 hours for the pool to fill. Please be patient until the pool is filled with water. Do not jump in the pool or on the pool surface, or lean against the frame. Do not bring shampoos/soaps/or any chemicals in the pool.

Please inform our caretaker at least 5-6 hours before you need the pool ready. We treat the pool water with disinfectants and only change the pool water on Mondays.

We empty the pool max by 10 PM, thus please make sure to use it before that. Being in a residential location, please understand that we have to adhere to such rules in order to ensure peace at night.

Powercuts:

Powercuts are rare and when they do happen, it usually takes minutes for restoration. We have power backup for fans and lights and Wifi, not ACs or any appliances. In case of a major powercut we can file a complaint with the concerned authority but being a government organization, it might take a while for the problem to be rectified.

We have Jio-wifi at our property, in case of any problems with the Wi-Fi, inform the host - we will register a complaint with Reliance Jio and it usually takes them 24-48 hrs to fix the problem (except weekends).

CHECKIN and CHECKOUT:

We have a strict policy on our checkout timing:
-After half an hour (ie: after 10:30 AM) of checkout time, guests will be reported and penalized the whole day fee and/or might be evicted from the property. It is the guests' responsibility to check out on time.

Please note: We can only help with the checkin from 10AM to 7PM IST. If you decide to check in later, instructions will be shared to you, but no one will be available to help you with the check-in.

EARLY/LATE CHECKIN:

Early checkin depends on the availability of the property and the cleaning, please understand that an early checkin is an optional complimentary service from your host and not a part of your booking. I try my best to facilitate my guests with an early checkin, but please be patient with us. We will be communicative with you if we can offer it, thanks for your understanding.

The highlight of our property is our beautifully decorated garden and outside seating area, perfect to get some fresh air!. The garden area connects to our aesthetic outdoor covered pool area. The pool is an above ground pool with a PVC steel frame, is circular and approximately 10 feet in diameter.

NOTES:

We have caretakers that stay in the property premises in quarters right next to the pool area. The exterior area is used by our staff to assist and attend to the guests. The inaccessible areas are marked.

Guest access

This is a ground floor only house. The guests have access to all area in the property except the staff quarters and staff kitchen.

Other things to note

The property is located near Nishatganj gurudwara, minutes from a market and on the main road.
We welcome everyone! We believe in inclusivity and are happy to cater to everyone - including unmarried couples!
We provide 2 floor mattresses for the 9th and 10th guests as a sleeping arrangement.
We do not allow parties or any noisy gatherings.
We have an on premise caretaker that will help you during your stay.

Parking:

We have on-premise parking for upto 1 car and free street parking. Before you arrive, please call our caretaker so he can help you park. Our caretaker might ask the guests to move their vehicle in order to make space for other residents, cooperation is expected.

It takes approximately 4-5 hours for the pool to fill. Please be patient until the pool is filled with water. Do not jump in the pool or on the pool surface, or lean against the frame. Do not bring shampoos/soaps/or any chemicals in the pool.

Please inform our caretaker at least 5-6 hours before you need the pool ready. We treat the pool water with disinfectants and only change the pool water on Mondays.

We empty the pool max by 10 PM, thus please make sure to use it before that. Being in a residential location, please understand that we have to adhere to such rules in order to ensure peace at night.

Powercuts:

Powercuts are rare and when they do happen, it usually takes minutes for restoration. We have power backup for fans and lights and Wifi, not ACs or any appliances. In case of a major powercut we can file a complaint with the concerned authority but being a government organization, it might take a while for the problem to be rectified.

We have Jio-wifi at our property, in case of any problems with the Wi-Fi, inform the host - we will register a complaint with Reliance Jio and it usually takes them 24-48 hrs to fix the problem (except weekends).

CHECKIN and CHECKOUT:

We have a strict policy on our checkout timing:
-After half an hour (ie: after 10:30 AM) of checkout time, guests will be reported and penalized the whole day fee and/or might be evicted from the property. It is the guests' responsibility to check out on time.

Please note: We can only help with the checkin from 10AM to 7PM IST. If you decide to check in later, instructions will be shared to you, but no one will be available to help you with the check-in.

EARLY/LATE CHECKIN:

Early checkin depends on the availability of the property and the cleaning, please understand that an early checkin is an optional complimentary service from your host and not a part of your booking. I try my best to facilitate my guests with an early checkin, but please be patient with us. We will be communicative with you if we can offer it, thanks for your understanding.
